Qwerty Group started with people who combine hands-on business experience, technology, and a conviction that the job market can be built better. Over time, others joined us to help create QwertyJobs.com — a job portal for many industries, held to one shared standard: quality, transparency, and respect for every kind of work.

We're not a corporation with floors of hierarchy, and we're not an anonymous project built from behind a desk. For years we've held jobs, run our own companies, managed teams and recruited people, worked with universities, and solved the hundreds of problems that surface where theory meets the daily reality of business.

QwertyJobs.com grew out of that — the first project under Qwerty Group. At first it was aimed mainly at specialists in IT, engineering, and science. But over time we saw something simple: good recruitment, clear job offers, and professional service shouldn't be reserved for a few industries. So we opened QwertyJobs.com to every profession.

We didn't change our standard. We changed our scale. We're still building a portal that's no random noticeboard — with the same technological and organizational approach we honed in specialist recruitment. From IT, engineering, and science, through manufacturing, logistics, sales, administration, education, and healthcare, to services and many other fields.

Hence our tagline:

“Every industry. One standard. Because every job matters.”

The work of a developer, a machine operator, a driver, an accountant, a teacher, a warehouse worker, or a customer-service specialist — each one builds the companies, services, and everyday life we all rely on. If every job matters, every job offer deserves to be taken seriously too.

QwertyJobs.com has two goals. The first: to give candidates a place to look for work, develop their professional profile, and build their visibility in the market. The second: to give companies tools that help them reach candidates more effectively and run recruitment in a more organized way.

We want it to be useful to people just starting their careers and to experienced specialists alike — to workers across industries, to freelancers, and to companies looking for new people. We're not trying to build the biggest portal at any cost. We're trying to build one you can genuinely say is worth being part of.

We're also developing automation and AI: tools meant to support companies in recruitment and to help candidates present their experience and skills more clearly. We do it on one firm principle — technology should help people, not replace common sense, relationships, and accountability.

QwertyJobs.com is a job portal for many industries, held to one standard: every job deserves respect, every recruitment deserves a professional approach, and every person deserves a fair chance.
