More than a dozen applications and no replies. You do not know whether anyone even opened your CV or where you stand.
A different salary, contract or schedule from the listing. You waste time travelling to an interview that never made sense in the first place.

Candidate story
He had worked in production at the same plant for six years. When the company reduced the number of shifts, he began looking for a new job. He sent more than a dozen CVs through major job portals but received no response to applications for CNC operator roles.
He saw a QwertyJobs.com offer in a local Facebook group. Clear salary ranges, an employment contract and a plant located 20 minutes from his home convinced him to apply. Nine days later, he signed a contract with a higher salary.
